Shariar was exceptional with providing help throughout my needs and questions! I started by downloading Cart Lock, but as we chatted more (and even google meet!), he suggested another app that would truly fit my needs and YES they truly did: I'm using Savify Discounts which does everything I really need - exclude discounts from certain collections (aka SALES). THANK YOU!
