Ho deciso di disdire il contratto con Scalapay dopo aver constatato che i miei clienti non acquistano utilizzando questo metodo di pagamento. Nonostante ciò, mi è stato richiesto di pagare 300€ di commissioni, il che trovo assolutamente ingiusto. Io non posso obbligare i miei clienti a comprare con Scalapay! Una regola del genere non ha senso: chi utilizza il servizio dovrebbe poter scegliere liberamente, senza essere penalizzato. Mi dispiace dirlo, ma Klarna lavora decisamente meglio: più trasparenza, più correttezza e maggiore attenzione ai partner commerciali!!!

Frustrating and disappointing. Impossible to get help when you have a problem! I have been asking for help for the last 4 days (the app has disappeared from my website) and absolutely no answer whatsoever! Definitely this is not a serious company. You should get instant help when you are dealing with a financial company (or the case here).

non si capisce niente , il widget si inserisce subito ma nel check out non risulta , app inutile

Ho avuto un problema con l’installazione dell’app sul mio tema e in meno di 24 ore l’assistenza mi ha contattato e risolto il problema! Grazie mille, come al solito l’assistenza di Scalapay è fantastica!
