The team added features based on my request and supported me through email promptly. We are happy with the app and would recommend if someone is looking for a product customizer.
I just made a review and gave 2 stars stating that the app only allowed my to set a printable area of 200mmx200mm, they reached out and said it was fixed. Now that i try to reinstall the app, i cant. I click install and they never even programmed their page correctly to link to the install page. I gave them a second chance but they wasted that and my time. I dont have time to waste. These developers dont have it together.
