I’ve been using Scan2Sell to inventory a massive collection of over 15,000 items, and it has been a total game-changer. The barcode recognition is incredibly fast and accurate, even for specialized collectibles like Funko Pops and Dragon Ball figures. It’s saved me dozens of hours of manual data entry. A huge thanks to Neil for his help during this process. He was fantastic to work with—super responsive and clearly invested in making sure the platform worked perfectly for my specific needs. If you’re a high-volume seller or collector, the efficiency of this tool (and the support from the team) is well worth the investment. Highly recommend!

Scan2Sell is a great tool and they are very responsive. We needed a bulk scan option months ago and they added that feature in less than 24 hours. We highly recommend using their tool.

Our experience has been very pleasant, we sometimes have to be very quick with our product uploads in the niche were in, and this cuts down time a lot, without sacrificing quality.

Scan2Sell is a very helpful, time saving app for when you're building up the product listings in Shopify. I believe I've been using it since its beginning. There are various methods in which you can choose to submit your products to run through Scan2Sell (barcode, bulk upload, picture of the product, etc). Generally, the textual info is pretty spot on for the item descriptions. It does sometimes pull product descriptions from competing ecomm stores and includes that store's info in the description. I just try to catch it and delete those from the descriptions before saving the listing. Also, the folks behind the app are responsive and helpful in solving problems. Very friendly and go the extra mile. My only major issue is the photos the app pulls aren't always accurate. Sometimes they're way off or pics of the old product labels. However, it is quick & easy to keep the photos you want and discard the ones you don't.
