Very helpful app, user friendly, and great customer service.

Edit: - downtime can be often and the app can be buggy. Sadly we are not always informed when app updates take place. From April 6th to this day we are having issues with the app and it won't let us pick and pack orders consistently. Where do start? The app, excellent, the support even better. This apps functionality is amazing. We are in the middle of switching from paper based picking to digital picking for all of our orders and this app is helping us realise this. It's simple, effective, easy to use and powerful. Jesse is a huge help too when you need any customisations and actually listens to the users suggestions, improvements or ideas for tweaks. This app has helped us to add security and peace of mind when picking ensuring the correct items are picked for the correct orders. We had an issue with picking in multiple locations but fulfilling orders from one location and Jesse has helped us out tremendously by implementing a solid fix for this. 100% recommended. This app has been the most important piece of scaling our startup from manually fulfilling orders to automating the fulfillment process. Aside from how important this app is to our business- the support from Jesse has been top notch from resolving issues in real time to ensure we have no stop in fulfillment to helping address areas specific to our company. App has great features like printing barcodes, picking through scanner, and cycle counting capabilities with the option of seeing actual inventory, not just what you haven't sold which is what shopify shows. All these features in one app, plus it is super fast, i was impressed how quick it processed the request. I hope they expand more into this field of warehouse management. Great job on the app!

I'm running three online stores and I found this app, and right from the start, it was almost perfect. But I need some features. I messaged support and less than 24 hours, Jesse replied and added a feature within 24 hours which I need for. I used the other App for my order process. But there was some bug and ask to the support to fix it. I haven't heard any answer regarding the issues. From now on, I've switched to the ScanPick from the other app for all of my stores. This app is easy to use and integrate. Thank you for the excellent support and response time!
