TERRIBLE! I assume Scanowl have folded and shut down as Q Codes no longer work and they aren't responding to any contact. I'd avoid them at all costs!

The support team was super helpful in setting up my QR code labels. I really appreciate their quick help. Rousan was amazing, he made everything easy and even fixed a small scanning issue for me. The app itself is amazing too, with great features that make everything so simple. Really happy with the experience!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I installed this on a few clients sites for their banners outside, come back and see the accounts of all these client's sites suspended and now all the banners are useless. What a joke. I checked emails and no notification and yet I still show it as installed on client sites.

We want to clarify that the issue was related to our server temporarily returning a "suspended" message when scanning QR codes generated by the app. However, your clients' Shopify stores remain unaffected. We encourage you to check the status of your clients' sites to verify that they are operational. If any QR codes are still not functioning, please contact us and we’ll resolve the issue immediately. We deeply regret the disruption this caused and are taking proactive steps to ensure such issues do not happen again.
