We’ve been using ScanRabbit for our Shopify store, and it has made a huge difference in how we manage our order fulfillment process. We’ve noticed fewer mistakes, faster packing times, and an overall more efficient workflow. ScanRabbit has definitely become an essential part of our fulfillment process! Before ScanRabbit, we occasionally had packing errors in which we didn't know the item was packed, but now the process is much smoother. The app allows us to easily scan product barcodes using just our phone’s camera, and it instantly verifies the items against the Shopify order. Once everything is scanned, the order gets automatically tagged as "Packed," giving us confidence that we’re sending the correct items to our customers. The interface is simple and user-friendly, so training our team to use it was quick. It’s also great to have the flexibility of using our mobile phones without needing additional hardware like handheld scanners.
