I purchased the app and received my free trial as advertised. The app works correctly, and the support is very good. I had some questions, and my emails was responded to promptly and I even received assistance with the install.

This app is awesome! It made it super easy to improve the structure of my website. Huge thanks to Bogdan for the quick and super helpful support. He took care of everything right away and was always there to answer my questions and solve any problems. Really impressive how fast and professional he works. Excellent application, but the customer service Bogdan offer's far exceeds any expectations. Was able to quickly resolve Breadcrumb issues that were not even part of their application. Strongly approve.

We needed a solution to display a breadcrumb with more than 4 levels. After a short enquiry with the support team and excellent help, we are now able to display individual breadcrumbs without any great effort. We can only recommend the app and the support!

Bodgan has been absolutely restless in the support he provided to make sure the breadcrumb navigation was displayed in the format we needed it to be displayed. Furthermore, our review ratings are supported by a 3rd party tool. Bogdan made sure that the app could correctly capture it and display it in rich snippets in Google I highly recommend his app!

Waste of time and money. At first after installation it worked fine, it showed parent and child menu links in product pages, but after some time it stopped doing that. It turned into useless app - no menu sequence, the same functionality can be achieved with custom liquid breadcrumb code found in one of the tutorials. THINK TWICE before using this. I'm uninstalling this useless app.
Thank you for the feedback. The app did experience a technical issue yesterday after a bug in the latest release, but this was solved a few hours after the first report. During this issue, the navigation menu sequence could not be read. Our app does however offer multi-level breadcrumbs, follows the navigation sequence, no-code customization and most important a complete LD+JSON schema markup for the entire store. I am sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused, however, I believe you did receive a response from the support email related to the reported issue, so this review seems a bit harsh and probably ill-intented.

I use the Dawn 2.0 theme and implemented the breadcrumbs app very easily in to my site. I had an initial challenge with the proper collection being overridden by other auto collections (e.g. New Products, Best Selling). Reached out for support and Bogdan replied in minutes, easily helped correct the problem and was extremely gracious in the process. It now works perfectly.

Ich hatte diese app vor 2 Jahren gekauft. Jetzt habe ich ein 2.0 Theme und mit Hilfe konnte ich es kostenlos installieren. Einrichtung ist fantastisch. Größe, Farbe und Abstände gehen ganz leicht einzustellen. Meine strukturierten Daten sind jetzt auch da. IN ENGLISCH: I bought this app 2 years ago. Now I have a 2.0 theme and with help I was able to install it for free. Facility is fantastic. Size, color and spacing are easy to set. My structured data is there now too.

I was about to write a detailed review to admire the prompt response and patient tech support. Then I feel it’s a little too much to write a long article for that. July 4th holidays midnight from 1 - 4 am, exchanged 9 emails with detailed instructions and explanations including recording video and line-by-line letter very patiently on how to setup the app for a new hand non-tech guy like me. Finally it worked out. Unforgettable customer service. You are the man, Hiriscau Bogdan! THANK YOU!

Excellent customer support service. I spent a considerable amount of time speaking with Hiriscau who helped me remove old code from my Shopify theme to make-room for this new app. Very helpful indeed and would highly recommend!

An easy to use app that does what it should. The support is also fast and nice! I could not add the breadcrumbs on one page. Within an hour I got an update and the page was working.

I would ignore the negative reviews. Bogden had answered my email in seconds not minutes. Problem fixed no issue no hassle just works. App works just like it is supposed to.
