Scoreboard ‑ POS staff targets helps retail teams track live sales targets, commissions, and incentives directly in Shopify POS. It automatically shows each staff member’s progress, rank, and any active higher commission rate, while calculating commissions on every order across flat, over-target, or tiered structures. Merchants can also create product-specific incentives, schedule temporary commission boosts for selected staff or locations, settle payouts from one screen, and send weekly digest emails. Staff are automatically registered the first time they PIN into POS or complete a sale.
