I have uninstalled the app in December 2024, but they billed me in January 2025. Edit: I re-installed it so that I can contact them again. Look, it didn't even occur to them to check my records with them before they gave this response that "I just installed the app". I was their customer for 3 -4 years. Think about it, guys.
Dear Customer, Upon reviewing the installation log in the Shopify portal, we see that you installed the app on January 18, 2025, and you are currently on the Free plan. Very nice app, we got 40 new contacts in a few days. Fun way to incentivize customers to play and win discounts. I hope the team keeps updating the app and adding new features
