The reviews are overwhelmingly positive about the app’s core functionality and ease of use. Users describe it as simple to install, clean-looking, and effective for improving navigation on long pages, with several saying it works exactly as expected. The app is also praised for being lightweight and having just enough customization for most needs, especially the ability to pin the button where desired. The main negative feedback centers on support responsiveness and a potential theme conflict. One reviewer reported that the app interfered with their theme and prevented page updates, and they had difficulty getting help through email for over a month. However, once the developer responded, the issue was resolved quickly and the reviewer was satisfied with the outcome. Overall, the app is seen as useful and reliable, with the biggest concern being inconsistent support turnaround rather than the app itself.

Downloaded this app and seemed to be working great. But it affected my theme to where I couldn't update any of my pages. I tried emailing them 3 times but no luck...they finally emailed me after posting a negative review. Once they contacted me, they were extremely quick with helping me out. They fixed the problem right away and all is great!!! So thank you for taking care of it in a timely manner! App is super easy to use and looks great on my site. Just wish they could have fixed this back in February when I first emailed them as it took a month and a half to finally get help.
This app works exactly as expected. Great, clean plug-in.
Easy install. Not really any customization other than how far from the bottom of your page it should be pinned, but that's all you really need out of it if you ask me.
Our store has some long pages for browsing products. This scroll-to-top button is a very handy navigation device that makes it easy for site visitors to instantly get back to the top of the page. We should also point out that the app developer is very responsive and willing to communicate about special requirements. It has been a joy to work with this developer.
