This survey tool is really good. I like that it's so easy to set up, add a completion incentive and target it to certain product pages or visitor behaviours. Support is on the ball and will reply within a few minutes, and is very knowledgeable. Changed my original rating from 5 to 3 after using the reporting and analytics. Both are exceptionally basic, ultimately you need to export the responses and do your own analysis. The built-in tool does not do any pattern analysis or summarise survey response themes, etc.
