Ah merci pour la précision ! Voici un super avis pour Felicity, l'agent de SEA : Felicity : une vraie perle chez SEA ! J'ai eu la chance de travailler avec Felicity pour paramétrer SEA Customer Survey et c'est tout simplement exceptionnel ! Pourquoi Felicity est géniale : Patience infinie, même avec mes 50 ans et ma lenteur avec la tech Explications ultra-claires, étape par étape, sans me faire sentir nul Disponible et réactive à chaque fois que j'ai une question Connaît son produit sur le bout des doigts Vraiment à l'écoute de mes besoins spécifiques Service client d'exception : Felicity a pris le temps de m'expliquer chaque fonction, de répondre à toutes mes interrogations, et même de m'aider à optimiser mes questions d'enquête. Grâce à elle, j'ai enfin compris d'où viennent mes clients ! Bravo à SEA pour avoir des conseillers comme Felicity. C'est ce genre de service humain qui fait toute la différence. Great support and an easy setup! The team got me up and running right away, and the app looks fantastic on my Thank You page. They were patient and very helpful throughout the process. Avery was super helpful in answering my questions and getting the survey installed correctly. She also helped me with a custom workflow for adding customer tags.

Really easy to use. Not had any responses yet so can't really comment on the analytics, but they look straightforward. I had one query about the app and Avery was really helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

Great app and completely free to use. The customer service was outstanding. Felicity quickly helped translate the survey and was both fast and very helpful.
