This survey tool is really good. I like that it's so easy to set up, add a completion incentive and target it to certain product pages or visitor behaviours. Support is on the ball and will reply within a few minutes, and is very knowledgeable. Changed my original rating from 5 to 3 after using the reporting and analytics. Both are exceptionally basic, ultimately you need to export the responses and do your own analysis. The built-in tool does not do any pattern analysis or summarise survey response themes, etc.

Ich habe die App gerade eingerichtet und teste nun erstmal die kostenlose Version, Avery hat mir sehr schnell weitergeholfen und für meinen Shop die deutsche Übersetzung der Survey aktiviert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr intuitiv und ich bin auf die Antworten in der Survey gespannt!

Just got this app today, and I'm already very happy with it... With the ease of use to set up surveys to the beautiful support member Olivia who was right on it as soon as i asked for help and not to mention how smoothly she got it done. Top notch guys!
