Great support and an easy setup! The team got me up and running right away, and the app looks fantastic on my Thank You page. They were patient and very helpful throughout the process. Avery was super helpful in answering my questions and getting the survey installed correctly. She also helped me with a custom workflow for adding customer tags.

Really easy to use. Not had any responses yet so can't really comment on the analytics, but they look straightforward. I had one query about the app and Avery was really helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

Extremely easy-to-use, we were able to set up a post-checkout survey within a matter of minutes and customise it to our needs, and Iris from the support team was very prompt and helpful when it came to exporting the data!
