Pourquoi Felicity est géniale : Patience infinie, même avec mes 50 ans et ma lenteur avec la tech Explications ultra-claires, étape par étape, sans me faire sentir nul Disponible et réactive à chaque fois que j'ai une question Connaît son produit sur le bout des doigts Vraiment à l'écoute de mes besoins spécifiques Service client d'exception : Felicity a pris le temps de m'expliquer chaque fonction, de répondre à toutes mes interrogations, et même de m'aider à optimiser mes questions d'enquête.
