Avery was super helpful in answering my questions and getting the survey installed correctly. She also helped me with a custom workflow for adding customer tags.

Really easy to use. Not had any responses yet so can't really comment on the analytics, but they look straightforward. I had one query about the app and Avery was really helpful and quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

Great app and completely free to use. The customer service was outstanding. Felicity quickly helped translate the survey and was both fast and very helpful.

Extremely easy-to-use, we were able to set up a post-checkout survey within a matter of minutes and customise it to our needs, and Iris from the support team was very prompt and helpful when it came to exporting the data!

Great, easy-to-build app. I’ve also reached out to their support team a few times, and Avery has helped me more than once. Every time, he’s been super helpful, friendly, and just overall amazing to chat with!

Great support, easy to use app. I'm always satisfied with the support I receive from Avada, their team is great. The SEA survey app is seamlessly integrated with so many features. I don't have any complaints.
