Unique Oils review for CedCommerce Sears Integration

Customer service is non-existence. The attribute mapping that set for my products will not update to my products so I have to manually update the attribute mapping. I see no way to download the products to update the mapping to save me time. No one responds to the online chat. No one answers the phone. No one responds on the Skype Sears Integration group either. I get a faster response if I'm asking about the Walmart Integration.
