I'm unable to use the app, it is showing installed, but isn't loading, pls help

They say nothing is easy starting out... but these folks have their ducks in a very straight row and focus on their customers like nothing I've seen before! I contacted customer service looking for a way to remove "powered by tapita" and they were very quick to respond to my request. I was also asked about my experience with the product. I believe they can do better!

Super easy to use, fast and good support team. One screenshot and the dream section appears in front of you — you can update it, add things to it, etc. As a suggestion, I’d maybe recommend adding an option to include additional screenshots when editing the section. I'm satisfied and I recommend it! :)

So far this app is great to add better sections to my theme. Apart from some minor default settings i found that i had to add some custom css to make the words on the image readable on a collection. Support has been very quick and efficient. Definitely recommend this app.
