SecureBite API Proxy allows ecommerce merchants to securely call third-party APIs by hiding API keys and bypassing CORS restrictions. The app provides a secure edge proxy for handling API calls that would expose keys in page source and those blocked by browsers due to CORS. Merchants can create proxy routes in the admin to call any HTTPS API, with keys and headers injected server-side to prevent exposure in the page source. Additionally, SecureBite enables merchants to define the full request within the app, ensuring that only allowed variables are sent from the storefront.
