We tested this app for about 1 day. Unfortunately, it didn’t block any bots or blacklist countries during that time, which was a critical feature we urgently needed, so we had to move to another solution. That said, the other features worked as expected, and Vic was responsive and willing to investigate the issue for us. Timing just didn’t line up with our immediate needs, but the support effort was appreciated.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As our app is really small, we do not have a developer in all timezones. When you messaged us - It was really late for our developer, but I had marked your store as priority. But we usually resolve all issues within 24 hours.
