We installed SelfServe expecting it to reduce a bit of support load. What we didn’t expect was how quickly it would transform how our customers handle their own orders. In just 7 days, 145 customers made changes to their orders without contacting our support team. No tickets, no back-and-forth emails, no delays. Just customers solving their own problems instantly, which resulted in an estimated $1500 of savings. Even better, it’s not just a support tool - it’s a revenue driver. During that same period, customers generated $1,284.87 in upsells while editing their orders. That alone made the app pay for itself many times over. The biggest shift for us is operational. Our team is no longer stuck manually processing simple requests like size swaps or cancellations. Customers get what they want immediately, and our team can focus on more important work. If you’re running a store and still handling order edits manually, you’re leaving both time and money on the table. This app is a no-brainer.

We’ve had a great experience with Self Serve so far. The app does exactly what it promises — it gives customers the ability to edit their own orders — but what really stands out is how customizable it is. For example, we wanted to start cautiously by only allowing order edits during a specific time window when our store is closed, and their team was able to accommodate that without any issues. That level of flexibility has been very important for our operations. Their support has also been excellent. They’re responsive, open to feedback, and genuinely willing to implement new features or adjustments based on real business needs. It doesn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all app — it feels like something that can grow with your store. Overall, very happy with the app and especially the team behind it. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve.

Lets our customers fix their own orders before we ship. The support team has been great as well, helping us set it up and even fix things on our store.

This is a great way to let your customers edit order details post-purchase. The app UI is nicely done, and onboarding is simple. You can easily define what can be edited and under what rules. The team is responsive and can help you integrate with any fulfillment provider. Unfortunately, our customer base isn't used to editing orders themselves, so the app ultimately wasn't a fit for our store.

This app enables customers to edit their own orders without contacting your customer service team. You can configure how long orders are self-editable, and also exclude certain types of orders. The rule-based configuration is very flexible and easy to understand. It also works well with downstream shipping software like ShipStation. The ability for a customer to add to their order (upsell) in addition to editing it is a nice benefit as well. Very good app with a strong support team as well. Nice job.
