We couldn't be happier with this app. It's packed with functionality — far more than we expected — and covers everything we needed for self-service order edits and post-purchase upsells. SelfServe is a well built product by a team that understands the problems around order editing. All scenarios are covered and the features are presented in a clean interface. Support was amazing from intro to onboarding. Team was very understanding and helped us figure out issues on our end to make everything work. Integrations are well built. Overall, a five star experience.
We just started using this app and are loving it so far! The App team is super helpful and was very hands-on with the onboarding process and any questions we've had. We have noticed fewer customer service emails regarding editing order details (address issues, etc) and love the upsell feature as well! 10/10 reccomend!
The rule-based editing window is the bit that sold us. We let customers edit for an hour after purchase but block changes the moment an item gets tagged for fulfillment. Set it up once and it just runs. Easily one of the most useful apps we’ve added this year.
