When it works it works fine, and gets the job done. That's when it actually works, I've had a lot of times where the app just doesn't load at all. Very frustrating, I don't like that it does not track inventory either. I run a refinery so I need to be able to charge by the ounce and this was really the only option, I wish Shopify itself would allow to charge by ounce directly in the POS. If this was a free app I wouldn't be complaining, but the fact I pay every month for it and half the time it doesn't load up just sucks.
Thank you for your review. As we were not in touch before we're wondering what you mean by "the app doesn't load at all"? Do you see a white screen or any kind of error message? I'm sure we can sort this out if it's not a device specific problem which is unfortunately often the case with Shopify POS.
