Habe die app leider wieder deinstallieren müssen, da sie nicht mehr funktioniert. Wir hatten zwei Rezepte aktiv und konnten nicht mehr weiter Rezepte verwalten, da wir angeblich zu viele Rezepte in unserem Plan hatten. Irgendwie ist die kaputt die App.
The app works great and it's more customizable with better UX than the other Shopify recipe plugins. It's easy to add recipes and the SEO seems to be dialed in. The developer is very responsive. There was a little glitch with a security certificate renewal that caused the plugin to not work and for a few days I thought we lost all of our recipes. It was fixed, but I do hope the developer sends out a note to customers quickly if anything like that happens again so we can know not to panic. Other than that its been a great app!
Can't add recipe page to navigation, none of the helping links works. Sent an email last week didn't get a reply yet. Found in a previous review that they changed the software provider hosting but the links still weren't updated and they didn't provide a solution for future clients dealing with the same issue. Review pending till they help.
I was really exited for this app. Started to create recipes and when I went to publish, the app wouldn't allow publishing. I clicked on the help and the link takes you to a page with an expired certificate. Called the phone number listed and it has been disconnected. Tried to message the company for help and that is also down. I think they went out of business. I wanted to save others from frustrations by sharing.
Hey. Sorry you saw that broken link. We just stopped using this software provider that was hosting our support page. Was that the only issue you had?
We LOVE using Recipe Stack! It has a very clean and simple interface for recipe inspiration. We needed a couple of minor edits to the formatting of the app to make it match our theme and Gezim was more than helpful in making this happen.
