We were a pretty early adopter of the Garnet Marketplace app. It has enabled us to expand the brands that we list and automate a lot of the work that was done manually prior to installing this app. Francois and his team were able to customize some things (extra cost) to improve the workflow for our needs. Pricing is definitely not cheap (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) and has increased since we installed it, but there are a lot more features that are included in that higher price. I think Garnet should offer more tiers and have them based on the number of products, vendors and orders. Just my 2¢

I didn't even get my business up and they jacked the price from $39/m to $130/m when I asked to upgrade. Just an untrustworthy experience for me.
We are sorry we did not have the time to present you Garnet Marketplace and its benefits and compare them with the previous pricing. Since we launched, we have increased the scope of our products to includes all important features for marketplaces. Garnet is without doubt the best multivendor marketplace I've used. The platform is intuitive, simple and meets our needs perfectly. Customer support is always responsive and available.

After testing multiple apps, Garnet is the best marketplace app we have used. With their expertise, they’ve created an intuitive and simple solution (for us and vendors). Garnet is constantly improving their offering, releasing new features and their customer service is some of the best we have received.
