I have been impressed with Seller Ledger since connecting it to my Shopify store. While I still have a little bit of a learning curve to take full advantage of its features, I was able to get started quickly. When I had a question and needed technical support, I received the best customer service I have received from a techology company EVER! Highly recommend this as a tool to help you track your business more accurately.

I can’t recommend Seller Ledger enough. After GoDaddy Bookkeeping shut down, I felt completely stuck trying to find something that actually fit the way I run my business. I tried multiple platforms—including QuickBooks—and nothing came close. They were either too expensive, overly complicated, or just not built for Schedule C folks. Finding Seller Ledger felt like a reset. It’s built by the same people behind Outright (which became GoDaddy Bookkeeping), and it shows—this is the only tool I’ve found that truly matches that same simplicity and intuitive design. Etsy integration is seamless and simple. This is so important for us. Setup was straightforward, the learning curve was minimal, and now it’s largely “set it and forget it.” It actually saves time instead of creating more work, which is something most bookkeeping tools claim but rarely deliver. If you relied on GoDaddy Bookkeeping, this is hands-down the best replacement I’ve found.

Seller Ledger is a game-changer for ecommerce sellers! It's refreshing to have a solution designed specifically for the unique needs of online sellers. The platform is intuitive and efficient, making it easy to stay on top of finances. The support team is excellent—quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend it to anyone running an online store!

After GoDaddy screwed us resellers by stopping their bookkeeping service in the middle of a year, I went to QuickBooks. I was a hotel accountant in a past life and knew it well but it was already too expensive for the basic bookkeeping needed for reselling and then they raised the price so I went searching for a replacement and found Seller Ledger. It's everything I need, easy to use, and integrates well with my marketplaces. Support is quick, doesn't give lazy-millennial copy and paste replies, and follows up to make sure everything is good.

I love this app. Heres the other ones I have tried so far that didn't work well: I tried Quickbooks and the cloud accounting just never works right no matter what they promise you. Missing transactions, things do not import correctly or to the right categories. Also difficult to understand if you don't have accountant level knowledge. I also tried finaloop. Although it had more features than Seller Ledger (also more expensive) it was buggy and I was constantly having to contact support to get them to re connect my accounts. I had it happen about 10 times just in the trial period. They claimed it was my bank. But as soon as I disconnected their software I never had this problem again. Seller Ledger has been the best. It's easy to use, easy to categorize, and literally downloads transactions every day while you sleep. Accounting takes me maybe 10 minutes a month. It saves so much time. I'm super excited they added Shopify as an option. I was already using it for Etsy, Paypal, my bank, and credit card accounts and it's made my life so much easier. I would highly recommend it.
