There was no clear warning that I was committing to a yearly plan, and the way it’s presented absolutely makes you believe you’re signing up monthly. After reaching out to support, all I got was a copy-and-paste excuse instead of accountability. They basically admitted the wording “came across that way,” which says everything — the pricing is misleading, and they know it. If you don’t want unexpected charges or surprise annual bills, avoid this app. There are plenty of alternatives that don’t rely on confusing or ambiguous pricing to get signups.
