I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received from Selling Point. I have been so frustrated with the transition from QB POS to Shopify POS, that I was expecting more problems. Not the case! Mark got back to me within minutes and solved my problem. All of my gift cards from QBPOS now will work in Shopify POS. Finally, a company that has great customer service, someone you can talk to, and that can solve your problem!

We just completed the migration from QB POS to Shopify. We used Selling Point to migrate our outstanding gift card data to Shopify. Great tool. The app worked exactly as described. The support from Mark and team exceeded expectations. From making one inquiry Mark outlined the how the entire process would work including exactly what to expect in terms of data and response from our old service provider. When having some data display issues in Excel, Mark simply took our file and formatted it for import. We have installed several apps so far and this one works and is supported better than any of them. I wish some of my other migration challenges were as easy as this one was. Thank you.

Highly Recommend!!! My experience was so great. I migrated from QuickBooks POS to Shopify. I sent a message and received a response within minutes. The email was sent with exact instructions on what information was required. I struggle with technology and the second time did not have info coded properly so I sent another email. The founder of the app called me and helped me over the phone. Absolutely unheard of these days. Thank you Mark!!! You made this process so much easier with your patience and courteous help. Can't say enough good about my interaction. TOP NOTCH!! Well worth the app fee!!!!

We have just completed the migration process from QuickBooks POS to Shopify and the biggest hurdle was getting the gift cards from GIvex to Shopify....Mark and his team at Selling Point made that process, hands down, the easiest part of the whole migration. The level of customer service was amazing and it was so easy, even for someone like me, who isn't so savvy with technology to complete the process! The gift cards now work perfectly with our Shopify POS! We can't say enough great things about this company!!

Great app to help me switch hundreds of Gift Cards from Square to Shopify. I did have to contact Square customer service to get something enabled on their end, but Selling Point had instructions and helped me through this process. Highly recommend!

If you need to import gift certificates from another platform, transfer store credit to a gift certificate, import bulk gift certificates for a promotion or import gift certificates for any reason this app gets the job done. It was very helpful to us in moving to Shopify from another platform.

Great customer service, great app. I've talk to many companies and consultants to find a way to transfer our gift cards from Lightspeed to Shopify. They all told me it was impossible without a Shopify PLUS account (2k/month). Selling point does it with a regular subscription to Shopify for only 50$ since you can cancel your subscription once the import is done. Great app.

We used Selling Point to migrate over from Square. The support from this company was above and beyond. The owner, Mark, was outstanding with his response time and his help with our issues. He helped with all of our questions and was right there for our migration of our Square gift cards. Our customers are now able to use their gift cards in Shopify, which is a win for everyone!!! Cannot say enough good things about this app and how helpful the Support team is through the whole process.
