Sellit9 has been an excellent addition to our Shopify store. They enable trade-ins directly on our site, allowing customers to trade in their scooters for newer, improved models, something our customers have been asking for for a long time. Josh, the founder, was incredibly hands-on and supportive. Since scooters are a new category for trade-ins, he helped us spin this program up from scratch and put in a lot of thoughtful work to make sure it functioned smoothly for our use case. The app works seamlessly on the site, and we’ve had no technical issues at all. Customer feedback has been very positive so far, and we’ve already seen a strong number of trade-ins come through. We’re really excited to continue working with Sellit9 to expand the program into the US and scale our marketing initiatives. Highly recommend!
