Worst service I have experienced. The cost of $99 a month is not worth it at all. I have been waiting for an answer from support for 3 weeks with no answer. -5 stars.

The chatbot responded very quickly and helped me with all relevant questions. Great service, amazing team! I would recommend it for everyone who is looking for an excellent chatbot. Love it. especially, output quality is awesome.

This app is absolutely of a great help.. It has helped me respond to customers more faster and this has increased the rate of sales recently because i've been able to develop the trust for my store.. I surely recommend SENDBIRD..
