Sendbird's AI Chatbot's easy to set up and use! This app provides how I can easily test the chatbot and customize and overall gives a good visibility and analytics of how your bot engages with the visitors. I'm satisfied with the chatbot's accuracy and the speed as well as Sendbird's response to the support tickets I raised. Highly recommend!
