This is great, does exactly what I need it to do and the integration to take chats on the go is excellent! Support team is also great to troubleshooting, your customer service was great!

Happy with the Sendbird. AI simplifies our daily jobs. It blocks unwanted message from spammers and presistent salespeople pushing their products. It simplifies communication and ensures I engage only when needed, avoiding irrelevant conversations. Moreover, the chatbot is highly effective at driving sales efforts.
