We were looking for an app that would keep our customers informed during our order process, and this app is exactly what we have been looking for. Customer service is A+; they help us set up our flows in no time.

If you have orders that go through a process and you want to inform your customers each time it progresses through your process, this is the app for you. I just moved my website over to Shopify from Square for more flexibility and the ability to use more customizable apps. I reached out to Shopify support to get recommendations for a few different things I was looking for my website. They recommended Sendif so I installed it and set it up. Once I completed what I thought was a flow, it wasn't working. So, I reached out to the developers and I was so pleased with the quick response and clear and concise support to get things running. A few helpful notes: 1. each flow holds only 1 trigger and 1 action. I thought the flow would continue on as I completed each step I set up - ie: adding tags. So, I have 10 different emails I send and that means I have 10 different flows. 2. tags are case sensitive 3. any image attached to the email attaches at the bottom of the email for now. They have so REALLY awesome templates in the works for inline photos, text, buttons, and more. 4. you can only add 1 tag per order at a time. If you add 2 tags for example at the same time, it will only send the first tag that was added. I know this because when I wanted to test all the emails, I tried adding 2 at a time and only got the first one. Then, when through and added them 1 by 1 and had no issues. Not that it is likely that you'd be adding multiple tags at once, it's good to know. :) I truly believe this app is the future for custom order makers who would like to keep their customers in the look on the journey of their order. I envision Etsy partnering with Sendif in the future. Get in on this while it's new and be a leader in customer communication for custom orders. Wish List I would love to see a few things in the future: 1. texting (this is clearly in the works because it's greyed out right now) 2. a truly unlimited plan that includes texting - I noticed that the charges can go up to $150 on the monthly pro plan of $20/month. This is the app i've needed since day 1. Have control over which orders i wanted to send the same update to. We do not fulfill in 2 days and have situations where we need to send a scattered group of orders updates that do not require copy and pasting emails to a template. Sendif makes everything very convenient. Pricing is good too. Thanks!
