The app seems great. Easy to configure templates and campaign but regarding "Transactionnal Emails", it does not work because no one knows how to configure SMTP settings on Shopify. Support can't help. EDIT: I missed something, the app works well.

Hello, Configuring SMTP settings can easily be done via the plugin. Go to the "Transactional Email & Text Message Manager" of the plugin. Choose "Yes" for "Activate SendinBlue SMTP for your transactional emails". Click on "Update".
