Hi, I have been using Sendle last one year and usually send my products to USA. Recently i got a problem with every single postage because they don't arrive our customers on time. I can not reach to customer service and don't seems like app doesn't work 100% too.
Hi, Please understand that we are an independent app developer providing this integration to Sendle and not able to impact your deliveries with Sendle. We do have contacts there and if you would like we can connect you to get answers on that issue. That said i notice you mention it seems like the app may not work at times and we would be very keen to assist with any issue there if you could contact us and direct your feedback toward the app itself.
