The Shopify integration with SendPulse works for no more than 10 days, and then it simply stops working. The worst part is that their technical support has been unable to identify the cause of this problem for more than a year. Overall, many SendPulse products feel like very immature, unfinished startup-level solutions, while being priced at several times what their actual value seems to justify. The biggest problem is that once you build your system around SendPulse, it becomes surprisingly difficult to leave. And it seems they know this very well. My rating: 1/5. I do not recommend it, especially if you need a reliable Shopify integration.
We use SendPulse for our Shopify store for email and SMS campaigns. The integration works well and it’s easy to manage everything in one place. Good segmentation and automation, and support replies fast. Recommended.
I’ve been using the SendPulse app for my Shopify store and it’s been a great experience. The app makes it really easy to create and send professional-looking email campaigns, and I love the wide selection of ready-made templates. The pop-ups work perfectly for growing my mailing list, and the ability to run SMS and WhatsApp campaigns from the same platform saves a lot of time. Having all marketing tools in one place email, SMS, chatbots, and pop-ups makes it much easier to manage everything. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to streamline their marketing!
