TERRIBLE service.. constantly declines orders...
I want to close my Shopify store, but I still have an amount stuck in the SenHub POD wallet balance. Their support article says you have to write them at their contact @ email address, but it bounces. So I filed a developer support ticket, but no response. And I wrote them on their live chat app, but no response either. These are scammers who steal your money if you ever want to quit using their service.
Steve from Senhub has been a great help to me and getting my store setup. Steve went as far as getting on a call with me to discuss how the business came about and what our goals are. He then went on to explain the model at which they ran and could answer EVERY question I asked with great detail! Highly recommend!
Looking for a POD I found SenHub Global! Throughout the whole process they were really helpful and patient, and helped me to understand more of how everything works in POD. I really recommend them!
