Scale Speed review for Sensible Inventory Forecasting

In 2025, they were very responsive and receptive to suggestions/requests. This year, you can't get a single response out of them, whether it's a question about an existing claimed function or a request for their export to contain all the columns shown in the app instead of cherry-picked ones. It's unfortunate, as it's so close to being perfect. I've reached out via their fancy built in chat/support within the app as well as direct emails to the support email on their site. Absolutely no response to anything sent as of 5 months ago.
