Update: Developer got in touch with me, the pricing page was something they'd missed updating and they offered to help troubleshoot the product updates. --- Don't understand, under pricing it says up to 2000 optimizations and I got blocked off after doing roughly 90 image optimizations. Also it spent 10 minutes trying to load up a product page for optimization and never pulled it in.
