Not helping at all, all the features that they offer are free in TAPITA for example, or already built in Shopify. In my opinion, dont use this app, it didn't help me at all even after buying a tier.

My name is Sofiia, I am the developer of the app. I am sorry that you had a negative experience working with my app. After implementing the schema markup, the changes in Google may take from a few days to a few weeks. This happens because Google bots need time to index a new site or page changes. I checked the TAPITA settings and see that our app offers extended schema markup settings, specifically: 1) Multiple shipping methods (2.99 USD/month), 2) "Free from amount" shipping (2.99 USD/month), 3) Multiple return policy (4.99 USD/month), 4) Return policy in Organization schema markup (4.99 USD/month), 5) Shipping methods by product or collection (7.99 USD/month) And other settings. You also left feedback that there are "no features implemented". My team and I are happy to discuss the features you need and the ability to add them to the app. Every subscriber of our app can send us a request to add a feature through the app interface. We are happy to discuss all your ideas. I am also always happy to help you set up our app, test the schema markup, and answer all your questions if you decide to try our app again. Great customer service -- I needed help setting this up to make it really work with my products. Sofiia was great, and even made some upgrades to the app to make it easier to add very granular shipping cost info. In fact, it was the ability to add shipping costs by item that had made me choose this app and her tweaks to make it so that I could add them by category as well free shipping threshold and a way to do no shipping cost for digital products (for the whole world) made it a breeze to do.
