Great customer service -- I needed help setting this up to make it really work with my products. Sofiia was great, and even made some upgrades to the app to make it easier to add very granular shipping cost info. In fact, it was the ability to add shipping costs by item that had made me choose this app and her tweaks to make it so that I could add them by category as well free shipping threshold and a way to do no shipping cost for digital products (for the whole world) made it a breeze to do.
