Amazing app and customer service! We had an issue with billing and not only did they fix the issue almost immediately but also impressed us with free tokens for the inconvenience. Not only that but this software is the best in the game for optimizing meta than every other seo application I've used. Which we've had the entire first page of seo apps offered on here. Incredible work and customer service all around!

Just a week or so in and has been great. They did a free speed optimization much quicker than promised and the rest of the optimizations you do yourself are super easy

Good app, easy to use. I would still be aware. I still got charged after uninstallling. Support unable to resolve this and am pushed about between Shopify and the app developers.

The app is easy to use, and very user-friendly even for me who didn't have previous experience. Prompt customer service and provide good advice to improve the website. Really happy with this app

So far I haven't had any issues. Customer support was very prompt in handling what I believed to be a page speed issue. The app has really helping me optimize my images and really dig into using SEO to optimize the titles for my products. I'm very appreciative.

I have been looking for a good SEO app that is easy to use. It has some of the best features. This app has already increased my traffic. Support is awesome. I requested a page boost and support was all over it. I notice a difference in one day. Best SEO APP.

After their help, our performance dropped, and their specialist rewrote our backups!
Thanks for the feedback. As explained over emails, we didn't modify your backup files. We shared the screenshots clearly showing the improvement in the page speed. Even though it was a complimentary service, and we didn't charge for it, we still offered to review everything. We are bit disappointed that we are being reviewed negatively for a free service where we actually did good work!

Easy to use, and the AI is helpful for punching up your descriptions. Tech support has been quick and helpful, and they also checked some of my pages and sped them up. Quick turnaround and super helpful

We had some issues going on with our website and we were needing to talk with an expert to see the best route for addressing the issues. I am floored with how fast and responsive they have been to all of our questions and I am extremely happy with using the app so far. There are a ton of features that we haven't even had time to use yet. Definitely a great app, and a team that is behind it!
