I used this app to compress my product images, & it did BUT the quality of the compressed images was extremely poor, and corrupted. My store became so slow after using their image optimizer, I restored my product images and they literally duplicated a lot of my product images which made my store even slower. Their support is open but doesn't seem to have logical answers. I regret using this app.

So far, so good! The app is very user-friend and their support chat was very prompt and thorough. I'd definitely recommend SEOKart based on my experience with them thus far.

The team at SEOkart was amazing. They took their time to explain all the needed details to get the most out of their software. He made sure, before ending the very thorough training session, that I was extremely knowledgeable and was able to complete all the tasks/aspects myself and that I had no further question. I am glad I came across this app. I was not sure how to approach my SEO issues but this app showed me the way. Plus, the team offered to fix issues related to JS and CSS and optimized home page images with backup...free of charge!

Just a week or so in and has been great. They did a free speed optimization much quicker than promised and the rest of the optimizations you do yourself are super easy

So far I haven't had any issues. Customer support was very prompt in handling what I believed to be a page speed issue. The app has really helping me optimize my images and really dig into using SEO to optimize the titles for my products. I'm very appreciative.

After their help, our performance dropped, and their specialist rewrote our backups!
Thanks for the feedback. As explained over emails, we didn't modify your backup files. We shared the screenshots clearly showing the improvement in the page speed. Even though it was a complimentary service, and we didn't charge for it, we still offered to review everything. We are bit disappointed that we are being reviewed negatively for a free service where we actually did good work!

We had some issues going on with our website and we were needing to talk with an expert to see the best route for addressing the issues. I am floored with how fast and responsive they have been to all of our questions and I am extremely happy with using the app so far. There are a ton of features that we haven't even had time to use yet. Definitely a great app, and a team that is behind it!
