I am leaving this review to warn other merchants about the "SEO Lab-SEO Optimizer" app. After uninstalling this app on March 2nd, our store, immediately lost all rich results and vanished from brand-name search results. Confirmed Deletion: I have confirmation from Shopify Support that this app’s uninstallation script was directly responsible for deleting our store’s default schema markup without my consent. The "Poison Pill": By removing our site's native code, the app effectively crippled our independent SEO. It appears designed to force a re-installation by breaking things on the way out. Ignored Communication: We have sent multiple emails to the developers seeking a technical explanation and an amicable fix. They have ignored every single message. Because of the severity of this issue and the lack of response, We are officially escalating this case to Shopify Merchant Support and the Shopify Partner Governance Team for a formal investigation into their script’s behavior. We are also filing a Formal Merchant Complaint against the developer. If you value your store's autonomy and SEO foundation, avoid this app. They will break your site and then stop responding.
