It allows users to record which serial number shipped with each order directly on the order page, making it searchable in seconds. The app enables staff to easily input or scan serial numbers while packing, facilitating quick warranty checks and repairs. Users can import serials from a supplier CSV, generate ranges, auto-assign on fulfillment, and receive alerts for orders that ship without a serial.
