We've been using SerializeIt for several months, and it's been a great experience. The app is easy to learn and use, and it meets all of our serial number management needs—from serialized inventory to barcode scanner entry in the POS extension. What's more, Tom is always responsive and accessible whenever we have questions or run into issues. He even implemented a new feature we requested in a very short time. We're very happy with both the app and the excellent customer service.
