First of all its a broken app and they dont have any support team to solve any technical issues. Secondly thier integration is messed up and thier support is telling me that they only priotize their paying clients which is even worst. But okay, I have the relevant screenshots and everything. Not recommended at all!
We're sorry we couldn't give you free access to a higher tier for 3 months. In order to keep our prices 99%+ lower than the competition, we have to prioritize support tickets from customers, not from users requesting 100% discounts.
