Last peak season we scaled spend based on wrong margin reports and figured out afterward we actually lost money on some product verticals. Thats why I'm switching from custom solution. COGS versioning, shipping and order processing fees mapped properly - doing it by hand is a nightmare and breaks every time a cost changes. Here you can play with costs a lot and customize the logic, fallback rules keep data clean, P&L in real time seem to be accurate so I can actually react. Big plus is that the app is usable for EU markets Devs are solid too, sent them feedback and they shipped it.
Great app with an excellent user interface. I initially faced a few issues during the setup process and with the analytics features, so I reached out to the support team. Special thanks to Tom, the CEO himself went above and beyond to help me and address my concerns. He was extremely supportive throughout the process. Definitely a must-have app!
