Shadow COD
Shadow COD is an app designed to hide Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout for buyers with a confirmed COD return history. It helps ecommerce merchants prevent margin loss from COD return-to-origin (RTO) orders by building a memory of each buyer's past COD orders and hiding the payment option based on a risk dial set by the merchant. This allows for a seamless checkout experience for customers with a history of COD returns while encouraging the use of prepaid methods. However, there are not enough reviews to analyze at the moment.

It is a must have application if you are selling through Shopify. Really like the approach. It doesn’t block every COD customer, just the ones with a history of returning orders.
