Shadowfax ‑ Logistics Platform

Absolutely PATHETIC and UNACCEPTABLE service from Shadowfax. One of the most unreliable and unresponsive logistics providers we have ever dealt with. Out of our last 10 shipments, FIVE have failed to reach customers, resulting in DIRECT FINANCIAL LOSSES. A shocking 50% FAILURE RATE! Shipments are repeatedly marked "Out for Delivery" for days, followed by the same ridiculous excuse of "uncontrollable circumstances." NO proper explanation, NO resolution, and absolutely NO accountability. We have also experienced MISSING PRODUCTS and THEFT from their employees. One of our shipments has remained undelivered for OVER TWO WEEKS! Customers repeatedly call the delivery personnel, but NOBODY ANSWERS. Even their own portal fails to let us raise a support ticket. Repeated follow-ups are simply IGNORED. These failures are COSTING US CUSTOMERS, MONEY, TIME, AND OUR BRAND REPUTATION. Shadowfax appears completely indifferent to the damage its poor service causes businesses. We STRONGLY WARN other Shopify merchants and D2C businesses to THINK TWICE before choosing Shadowfax. Cheap shipping rates mean NOTHING when deliveries fail and customer support is practically nonexistent. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE — NO DELIVERY, NO RESPONSE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY My shipment has not been delivered for more than ONE MONTH, and despite regularly raising complaints and following up, I have not received ANY response whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. There is no proper communication, no status update, no resolution, and apparently no responsible person willing to take ownership of the issue. I have repeatedly tried to raise the matter, but my complaints seem to be completely ignored. Customers should not have to keep chasing a logistics company for weeks just to get a basic response about their shipment. One month without delivery + zero response to repeated complaints = absolutely unacceptable service. I am sharing this review so that other customers and businesses are aware of this experience before choosing Shadowfax. If something goes wrong with your shipment, be prepared to deal with a complete lack of response and accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. No response. No accountability. No resolution.
