Once Awin merged with Share a sale Sept 2025, this feed no longer worked. We verified all columns were properly mapped in Awin directly, and this Awin Exportfeed app dashboard on Shopify showed it was uploading every day, however when you logged into Awin directly- it showed it had never uploaded anything. Had our developer review all and he was unable to find an issue or see how to remedy it. So we were paying for the app for months not realizing this- until by fluke we caught in Awin that it wasn't uploading ANY information from the feed at all. We contacted ExportFeed support twice- over a week- with ZERO response. DON'T PAY FOR THIS APP- it doesn't work, and they will ghost you when you reach out for support.

Suyank was fantastic in helping me resolve a Product Feed issue for CJ! He was incredibly patient, walking me through the process with clear explanations. What could have been a frustrating situation was handled with ease and efficiency, as he got everything resolved within just a few minutes. His expertise and helpful attitude made all the difference—truly excellent customer support!

I had some small issues with the app, but the support was very fast and responsive. There is no app where you will not encounter some problems, but I like how quickly they helped. Also, the interface and the way the app work is very easy! I can only recommend it!

This app does one thing and does it really good. Now my site's listings are automatically uploaded to ShareASale on a regular basis. Kudos to Kabin for assisting me going through the process. Great service as well.
