we use sherlock across our shopify store to finally get a clear picture of where our online customers are actually coming from. the post-purchase survey is dead simple, doesn't slow anything down, and the AI chat is genuinely useful for pulling quick insights without digging through dashboards. been a game changer for understanding which channels are actually driving sales vs which ones just feel like they are. highly recommend for any food or retail brand running shopify.

The app was very easy to install, intuitive to build the survey questions, and easy to read the results! Within a few days we have already validated some theories of tactical upsells. Excited to find out more on attribution and customer sentiment!
